Farmers sign in hereThere has been several reports of light leaf spot in winter oilseed crops in the past week. In severe outbreaks untreated light leaf spot can damage flower buds with a 30% potential yield loss. Primary infection normally occurs in the autumn through wind dispersed sexual ascospore and secondary infection can occur in the spring through rain splash dispersed asexual conidia.
